Delivery and Service Policies:

Delivery Times: Deliveries will be made as soon as possible. However, in extremely cold, snowy, and icy weather conditions, deliveries may take up to five days or longer, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day oil delivery and burner service are not guaranteed.
Oil Price: The oil price is determined at the time the order is placed and will not change, regardless of price fluctuations after the order is confirmed.
Split Deliveries: Split deliveries at the same address must meet a minimum of 100 gallons per tank, or an additional delivery charge will apply. Split deliveries for online orders will be cancelled; you must call the office to place any split delivery orders.
Cancellation Fees: A $25.00 cancellation fee may apply to all oil and service orders.
Authorization and Payment: All orders are pre-authorized before delivery. The pre-authorization for a fill is based on the size of your tank. Once the delivery is made, your credit card will be charged the correct amount. Any additional funds will be returned based on your bank or credit card company’s policy.
Safety and Accessibility: Please secure all pets on the day of delivery and/or scheduled service. Ensure there is a clear and safe path to your fill pipe year-round, free of obstructions. Oilman, Inc. reserves the right to refuse deliveries if we feel it is unsafe or inaccessible. In such cases, an out-of-route fee will apply.
